Stylist: The nail tech was really rough, and fast. And there pieces wasn’t updated. And charges full price for a fill in . I will NEVER go here ever

Pro Nails has permanently lost a loyalty customer. I will never go back! I went on my lunch break. The man left a customer in the chair with unfinished nails while he went in the back for about 8 minutes. When he came back, he was piddling around and walking slowly. He made no effort to get the customers taken care of quickly and there was someone else in waiting ahead of me. Finally I said I had to go back to work and asked what time they closed. They said 5:00 and I said I would be back by then. I went back at 4:15 and they told me they would not get me in because they were closed.
