Pro Nails has permanently lost a loyalty customer. I will never go back! I went on my lunch break. The man left a customer in the chair with unfinished nails while he went in the back for about 8 minutes. When he came back, he was piddling around and walking slowly. He made no effort to get the customers taken care of quickly and there was someone else in waiting ahead of me. Finally I said I had to go back to work and asked what time they closed. They said 5:00 and I said I would be back by then. I went back at 4:15 and they told me they would not get me in because they were closed. Should have listened to the reviews. Went here and the man that did my nails did them horribly. Several were already chipped and streaky looking the same day I left the nail shop!!! Some even looked black and I got gel French tips!! Didn’t even last a week before the polish begin to peak and come completely off. Will not ever go back!!

Went into the salon 3 different times, all before 5:10pm. Tried to make an appt, was pushed off, waited over an hour in the shop, and the third time I was told they were closed at 5:09. Google clearly says 6. My money is clearly no good at this business so I’ll never step foot back in the doors.
