Jeff Epley with Williams Properties Real Estate was the absolute best realtor to work with! He was honest with us every step of the way & made the process seamless. When we sold the family farm, he even brought a trailer out and took extra furniture that we weren't keeping. Appreciated his kindness very much! We cannot recommend him enough!!

All I did was sign papers. Jeff handled everything else. The house needed some repairs to satisfy the buyer. He contacted the repair man and got it done. Best service I’ve ever had. He found a realtor to assist with a over zealous buyer and split the commission.
