They stand behind their customers. I ordered a regular pair of glasses and a pair of sunglasses (Fossil). Long story short: I wore my regular glasses (which had many add-ons) for about a week but they wouldn't retain their shape. I was afraid of having to tell them that, not only did I not want them, but I wanted a different brand. They NEVER hesitated to replace them with what I wanted. Thank you, Dr. Mike and the most fab Staff!! I'm loving my Fossils!

Just went to this clinic for the first time. The staff was kind and courteous. And, were able to answer all of my insurance questions. The Doctor was personable and thorough during the examination. He answered all of my questions clearly and respectfully. I felt as if I were treated very well at this clinic and I will definitely come back again whenever necessary.
