Vet tech Kim was thorough, caring, and gentle with my senior kitty after a stressful week in the ER. Dr. O’Keef immediately impressed me with her compassion and personalized approach. She listened carefully, created a week by week pain management plan, and focused on giving my cat the best chance to walk again. Her transparency and ongoing monitoring plan was reassuring. I know that with her help my kitty has her best chance and that she will stay in touch through her recovery. Exceptional care and compassion!
