We didn't have a great experience initially. My fiance's hair is a bit difficult to work with, and unfortunately his barber wasn't a good fit. They immediately offered to have him come in so they could make it right.With our out of state wedding being a few short days away, we just couldn't make it happen. The owner was quick to reach out and go above and beyond to make things right.The customer service we were met with was outstanding.I've used uptown in the past for undercut trims and designs, and I've always loved the atmosphere.The way the owner stepped up today makes me love it even more.Thanks again!

went to the centerton location amd was very impressed. nice clean place and very professional people. they paid extra attention to my hair and made me feel like I had been coming there for years. Will definitely go back amd will definitely recommend this place.
