I walked into The Hair Lab as a brand new client, with an awful color, a haphazard unleveled haircut, and probably a level of PTSD that a previous local salon had left me with a couple months earlier-so needless to say I was initially apprehensive. However, that was quickly changed when I met with Jessica G and upon our consult, I felt her passion for the art and profound professionalism. I showed her my “dream hair”, and with the state my hair was currently in (horrible and copper), I was respectfully met with honest goals and was provided with realistic expectations-which I truly appreciated. She made me feel confident in what she envisioned for my hair journey. Throughout my appointment, I watched as Jessica G managed to seamlessly handle multiple clients, train her team, all while being extremely present, responsive, and bubbly. I always felt like I was a priority, and she was so invested in my hair transformation. Sumer and Trystan are the talented stylists on her team, and I was very impressed with their skillsets while they assisted with coloring, curling, and washing my hair. They are obviously learning from the best! All in all, I left out of there in happy tears. I immediately called my husband and gushed about how beautiful I felt. The end result truly surpassed even all of our hair expectation goals for that day! It feels so healthy, and was beautifully cut, and colored. I think I thanked them a dozen times and I hope they honestly understood the level of appreciation I felt. I am so grateful to have taken that leap to put my hair in their hands, because I was able to find a lifelong salon that truly epitomizes what the salon experience should be. I will be a regular forever, and cannot recommend them enough!
