Nice Apartments. Very quite. Everyone I met here so far was friendly. It is under new management with new friendly faces like Lexa Whitlow. Can't go wrong with this place. It's in a good location.

Starting of it was a little bumpy due to my move-in date being pushed several times, but Parkside was very accompanying in making sure I had somewhere to stay in the mean time. Centrally located on Walton you can’t ask for a better spot. The balconies are ginormous and a huge perk of this place as well as the modern updates they did when renovating. Leasing office responds quickly! Valet trash huge plus!

We will absolutely, definitely stay here again! Under $200/night for 2 bedrooms & 2 baths, a full kitchen, desk area, huge balcony, and large living room! WOW! I've spent almost that much per night at crappy little hotels in other parts of the country (I'm looking at you, All Seasons Inn & Suites in Smithfield, RI.) Front desk staff was nice and helpful. The included breakfast was done slightly differently because of Covid- they give you slips of paper to fill out what you want and take it to the front desk staff, who then give you a paper bag full of your order. Not a great selection of items, but definitely a fine amount for breakfast/snacks. We appreciated how clean our suite was, as was the entire building. Only drawback was the air freshener they pump into the main lobby. Could've been toned way down- we got headaches from smelling it as we walked through. Bentonville is a wonderful little city, and this great hotel made our stay even more enjoyable.
