The doctor is board‑certified family practitioner with approximately 20 years of experience and is affiliated with Northwest Medical Plaza at Sugar Creek in Bentonville. The office is clean and staff are caring, attentive and helpful. Patients note a wonderful bedside manner, great listener skills and a potent diagnostician through listening and assessing. Appointments are often on time, get in and out quickly, and include lab services. Many describe the experience as very good, down to earth and approachable with any issue, and say the doctor goes the extra mile, fixed sleep issue by changing medication. The staff are wonderful and the service is highly recommended. Some comments mention that services can be a bit slow and staff seem over worked during changes, but overall the physician office receives great reviews.
Walk in clinic. I didn’t have to wait long to see the doctor and they didn’t take long to check me out and get me an injection and prescriptions called in to my pharmacy and I was on my way. 👍
I found Dr. Music to be fully briefed on my medical history. He quickly grabbed my own perspective and dovetailed that with changes he wanted me to include in future. I found him to prefer getting straight to the point and I appreciated the pace of my interview.
