Always has been easy to schedule appointments and they treat our fur-kids like family. The vet assistants, kennel techs and veterinarians have all been very helpful and compassionate.
I have always loved this clinic and a few years ago I moved over to Pea Ridge and gave a clinic there a shot. I felt like we were just pushed through like cattle in and out and not a lot of clear discussion on pricing. I immediately went back to Osage! They are kind and compassionate and really care about their pets and owners. They always go over pricing and options ahead so you can choose what things are necessary. More recently when in clinic I got news about my pet that made an already difficult week even tougher. They were so kind and understanding and I appreciated it so much! I highly recommend them and will continue to make the drive over for all of my pets needs.
They have raised their prices since they moved, but I’ve been using Osage since the days of Dr Rhone. It’s close, my dogs like the employees, and it’s still cheaper then New Hope.
