Main Street Dental has been a Major God Send for me. Carolena & Dr. Amin Nasehi are amazing. I drive from Fort Smith to Bentonville just for them. I had some problems with my dentures caused by a dental team in Fort Smith and all I had to do was smile for Dr. Nasehi and he said “I see it”! I have been reassured from then on that they were worth the drive. He has worked magic since that day to fix the problems caused by someone else. He has been so very amazing and His staff (Jennifer) has moved heaven and earth to get me in every time I needed them.

The office staff are welcoming and pleasant. This was my first visit. The assistant was having difficulty with the x-ray device and had to retake all the pictures multiple times. Today the roof of my mouth has several painful abrasions from how many times the cardboard frames had to be placed in my mouth. However, I believe this was an unusual situation, so I will continue at this practice.
