1st off, if u look at my tons of contributions to Google, I am NOT the type of person who comes here just to leave bad reviews. I leave probably 8 or 9 5 stars to every low review. So, I came for a cut, used our coupon. Didn't realize just how bad it was till I was in the car, and every red light it was that much more worse. I showed the top two pics for ideas and got the bottom two. What?!?! Had to wear a hat a week until I could get it repaired at a recommended salon. I leave good reviews if things are made right because it is important how a business deals with mishaps, whether a car repair, meal, haircut, things may happen, but how do they handle it afterwards?...read full review
The customer service was rather lacking. The stylist was curt and didn't seem interested in answering any of my questions or making conversation. Felt like she was trying to herd me out the door even though there wasn't anybody else waiting. Not a good sign 2 hours before close. Not a good impression for my first visit there and unlikely to give it another shot. Haircut was adequate. Price was reasonable for the area, overpriced for the service provided.
