Excellent communication from the initial call to the tech that showed up. Honest and up front feedback. Presented options for what I needed vs nice to have. Wasn’t pushy and was more than happy to take care of everything I needed. Replaced springs, added operator bracket, retainer and seals very quickly. Before Juan left he tuned and oiled the door. Very happy with my experience and will be my go to for garage door needs going forward.
I've had Garage Doors and More install doors now at two homes. They do excellent work, and I greatly appreciate their communication. They explain the work to be done, and follow up afterwards to ensure everything is understood. Would definitely recommend!
The coils on our garage door broke right before Christmas. Everything from scheduling to the knowledgeable repair people to the price was a fair and quality experience. I would definitely recommend this company!
