Called about an hour before they closed as we had a flat tire while traveling. The guy who answered the phone, Nathan, said they had a tire in stock and if we got there by 6:30 they could fix the tire. We got there at 6:20 and Nathan and Justin got us fixed up and ready to go. They were both so nice and took great care of us. They got us back on the road so we could get home (3 hours away) before the winter storm hit. So thankful they were open later than other shops.
Nathan and one of the techs went above and beyond to take care of my tire that had been punctured. I was in a bind and had to be somewhere close to the closing. They had in stock the low profile tire that I needed which doesn’t happen often. This was on a Friday.
Fixed a leaky tire as we enjoyed Bentonville for a few days! 52 years ago I worked part time at the downtown Lincoln, Nebraska Firestone changing tires, studding winter tires and general customer service while attending UNL. Thank You 52 years later with the comfort to complete our annual trip somewhere south of where we live.
