I was in town visiting family and dropped in for an open mat on Saturday at 10am. Everyone was super friendly and the gym is very big and clean. Will definitely be stopping in again when i swing back through bentonville. Highly recommended.

My husband and son both train here and it's such a great environment! The owner and professor is great with all ages and really invests in anyone willing to try. They also periodically host women's self defense training and it's a must!
