Reviews
We took the SUP/Gentle Flow class. I was so impressed on how welcomed they made us feel Their instruction was perfect. I felt comfortable getting on the board the first time. They "mother ducked" us to the yoga platform, helped us hook in, gave us tips on how to place ourselves on the board and really just made us feel confident that we could do this. This was my first class with Cocoon Yoga and I've already looked at their schedule to come again!
Awesome studio. Everyone is amazing and welcoming.
