My septic alarm was going off over the weekend so I called BBB on Monday morning. We were scheduled for Friday and I was told that there would be a $150 service call fee. Ryan arrived as scheduled on Friday. He quickly diagnosed my problem and got to work. My pump had come uncoupled from the line that runs to the D-box so it was just circulating water in the tank. Ryan plumbed it in using PVC glue, and checked my tank while he was at it. He fixed it quickly and was on his way. BBB provided very prompt, reasonable service. 10/10
