I rarely ever do reviews but I felt the need to after our last visit.I have a mini poodle who has been to a few different groomers in his 2 years of life. So far Barkberry Place has gotten him as short as we like. Last Thursday he went for a groom. When I called to check on him before I made the 45 minute drive to pick him up during the awful storm we had. They informed me that there had been an incident with the clippers and that he got nicked.I appreciate that they told me when I called, when they called to tell me he was ready and when I picked him up. We have been going to Barkberry since the beginning of, we WOULD NOT take our dogs anywhere else! The staff takes GREAT care of our two dogs. They love going! Thanks Barkberry- you guys are AWESOME!!!!! Deacon and Oreo Lovvorn
They care about the pets here. My dog has had anxiety issues at other groomers, to the point where I’ve been called. My dog never has an issue here and comes home beautiful and smelling amazing.
