Sorry this took so long to get posted. I went in for Christmas presents for my girlfriend. The tall gentleman, sorry, forgot his name, asked how he could help. I gave him her number so he could look up the proper colors. Not only did he do that, but he also gave me an idea of what she may need based on previous purchase history. There was a smaller petite lady employee that grabbed a basket and confirmed that she had the proper product and color I was there for. The look my GF and her mom gave me when I had the colors and products perfect was the icing on the cake.I’m new to this area and you just don’t find this level of customer service and care often around here....read full review

I go every other month and have Lisa Mims work magic on my hair. She has done such a beautiful job, greatly improving my cut, color and texture! Everyone there is so friendly, helpful and fun. These are my me time breaks and I love it. As far as beauty supplies, if ULTA doesn't have it, you probably don't need it. Floor staff are very helpful and prices are competitive

I stopped by a few days ago in hopes of getting my makeup done for an event. That wasn't able to happen so I decided to buy some products and do it myself. I also wanted to get fake eyelashes but hate doing those myself. Travis helped me and was amazing! Helped me get my lashes on, helped with finding eyeshadow and just was an overall godsend! Thank you so much Travis for the help and just being so nice and friendly.
