I had contacted Terminix to discuss a billing issue. The receptionist passed the call to Tyler White who is in upper management. Tyler gave me a call and discussed my issues I was having at that time. Tyler addressed my problems efficiently and professionally and resolved my issue promptly. I have been a client of Terminix since 1992 and have NO INTENTION of ever dropping them as our pest control, because Terminix does go above and beyond to keep their clients pleased!! Tony Lee is an excellent representative of Terminix, I would highly recommend him as your Terminix contact. My reason for the 4 star rating has more to do with administrative and billing.
Gilberto Lopez is the ultimate service technician. He is very friendly and professional. He communicates with you every step of the inspection process; before, during and after. He is extremely thorough and answers any questions I may have. Every service-based business should have employees as passionate about doing a good job as Gilberto.
