I called this morning in a panic after my installer of my new HVAC couldn’t help me (Kimble is that company). We were freezing. I have dogs and kids and we were worried. RKL sent someone right out and he was helpful and friendly. Price was fair and I’m grateful I found this business for future needs. Thank you sooo much! I will never use the other company again. Thank you for caring about people!
Robert was absolutely wonderful. He was actually servicing a neighbors unit when I popped over with questions about why my units heat would not function. He came over immediately after and took care of it for me when my own h/a guy had been ignoring me for 2 days. Gained a new client. 10/10 recommend.
After having Middleton try to charge us $3,000+ for a new circuit board, we called RKL for a second opinion. Turns out, the true culprit was the blower, and that was $380. RKL were very kind, followed through, and sympathetic with our system going out on a holiday weekend. We HIGHLY recommend them. Thanks for saving the day!
