Pleasant Hill Adult Day Health Center has been a God-send for our family. We have been using Pleasant Hill for about 1.5 years now. My mom passed away in July 2022 and my dad has dementia. My dad lives with us, and we still work. My wife or I will drop my dad off around 8:15 Mon-Fri and pick him up around 4:00. This allows us to still be able to work and take care of other family obligations. When mom passed away, my dad lost his "purpose", but he has found his "purpose" again at Pleasant Hill. He loves going there and visiting with the other people. The staff at Pleasant Hill take great care of not only my dad but also the other people as well. The staff is there to partner with us as caregivers. We have also used their in-home services before when we have needed to go out of town, and this has been great as well. I can't brag on Pleasant Hill enough. One last thing, if your loved one has long-term care insurance, you can use this at Pleasant Hill. I urge you to use it! The staff are amazing with my loved one and treated her as if they were family. They were always on time and diligent in focusing on her specific needs as she is a fall risk. I knew she was in good hands while I was gone during the day and never worried about her well being.
