I use them twice and they were on time and had the best price. Both times they provided great service getting my vehicle to repair shop. I initially was quite upset with my experience of being towed and coming up with the ticket to get my vehicle, but I calmly asked for a bit of mercy regarding the final price, and Newcomb's people delivered a price reduction that truly made my life much simpler.
