You are amazing and I will now be using your team for all my service and maintenance needs.Update: Our air unit completely quit on us about a week back, I called Mark again and they had my new unit installed in a little over a day. It is working wonderfully. Another job well done!

Last year in August of 2021 Mark Rogers crew installed and American Standard Furnace and A/C unit for us in the Salem area of Benton, Ar. I would say it was a professional job, but that would only mean money was earned for the service. Their installation was completed in one day for both units and with an obvious high degree of workmanship and knowledge. I waited until today 1/24/2022 to make this review. The Air conditioning and heating units have worked as expected, flawlessly. Mark and his men are very polite, quick to respond, and show that they are knowledgeable heating and airconditioning service men. My thanks and hats off to Mark Rogers heating and air!

Nothing worse than having your air conditioner stop working in July! One call to MR Heat and Air and my problems were soon over. Mark came promptly, knew what he was doing, did a quick assessment, left to get a part, returned promptly, and had me up and running in just a couple of hours. He was very professional, courteous, informative, and reasonable. I will use him again although I hope not to have to, and I will surely give him high praises and my full recommendation.
