I called this business twice by mistake. The first time that I called and spoke with Tommy, he informed me that they charge a fee of $87 plus tax for traveling to the property and spend up to fifteen minutes to estimate what is wrong with the furnace. After their arrival, if they are unable to light the pilot light and start the furnace, within travel time and within the fifteen minutes to examine the furnace and determine why it does not light, it will cost an additional $80 per hour for their time.I thought their prices were extremely high, especially for Bryant, Arkansas, which is a small town with approximately 20,000 residents.I contacted another Heating & Air Conditioning company and they charged a flat fee of $89 to travel to the property and fix the problem, plus labor and costs. I suggest that if you are searching for a business that you go on Yelp and check out the actual reviews that customers have posted prior to hiring a company.

From the first interaction with the repair guy, to the salesman to the installers, these guys were super professional. They're all so nice. I'm very happy with my decision to go with Jones for my new heat/air system. They have a new customer for life.

Called to get an estimate on replacing ductwork after a flood. Set an appointment for a late afternoon. Get a call in the morning of the appointment saying he got tied up and couldn't be there in the morning but would be out late in the afternoon. I call during the lunch hour and am told that person that was coming out is out to lunch. Left a message and he does call back. Said he wasn't going to be able to make it for another week? I asked why and he said they had people without air they were trying to get to first. I explained we couldn't run our air due to the flood. He said he'd see what he could do. I get a call from their scheduler, whom I scheduled through to begin with and told her why I needed someone out, and she tells me they can't come out if there is water in the ducts and to call Steamatic first to clean the ducts and call her back. Two weeks go by and I call back to tell them the ducts are clear. She then tells me I have to call their salesman and gives me his name and number. I call and leave a detailed voicemail and then text him as well. 48 hours since then and zero response.
