Absolutely outstanding customer service! Prom horror story incoming!!!! So nails done , make up done all good!! We get to the hair and we had a mis hap with a hair tool! It was a brush, blow dry hair tool of some sort.. .. well as it goes in it's twirly glory so does the hair ....matted around the brush bristle and the quick release did not work...
We called great clips at 5:26 pm and Kristen answered the phone . My daughter just yelling in to the phone . It's prom I have a brush stuck in my hair can you help? They said if we could get there before close they would! We were 10 minutes away . These wonderful women tugged gently at her hair... read full review

I had really long hair, and Shawna asked me several times if I was sure that I wanted to cut it off, lol. I assured her that was ready and she got right to it! We had great conversations, and she didn't take long at all. Everyone in the place had a nice attitude, and it was very clean! Probably won't wait as long until I get back for the next cut.

I was able to check my sons in at home to get them on the waiting list at the salon. When we arrived they immediately took them to a chair and began asking how they wanted their hair. Both boys looked great after their hair cuts and said they loved their stylist.
