The atmosphere at Great Clips was great, and the staff were very friendly. I got my haircut exactly the way I wanted. They took care of my requirements personally and made sure I was satisfied with the final result. Overall, it was a very good experience.
Kristen is amazing! I knew better, but recently went to a different location for a trim & it did not go well. I finally made it to Kristen & she confirmed it was BAD, but said she could fix it & she did! Her personality & love of her craft are always evident, but today she really went above & beyond to fix my hair without having to take a ton off. Much appreciated, lesson learned!
Natalie cut my son's hair, and while I was not paying attention I did hear her tell him similar things that I tell him about taking care of his hair, so that is also much appreciated! (He won't listen, but you tried!)

Absolutely outstanding customer service! Prom horror story incoming!!!! So nails done , make up done all good!! We get to the hair and we had a mis hap with a hair tool! It was a brush, blow dry hair tool of some sort.. .. well as it goes in it's twirly glory so does the hair ....matted around the brush bristle and the quick release did not work...
We called great clips at 5:26 pm and Kristen answered the phone . My daughter just yelling in to the phone . It's prom I have a brush stuck in my hair can you help? They said if we could get there before close they would! We were 10 minutes away . These wonderful women tugged gently at her hair together for several minutes… read full review
