I wish I had gone to this one a long time ago. The one closest to Bryant, AR kept me from trying others, but, the service and friendliness of the staff at this one has changed my mind. They were very prompt and informative. Grateful for them.

My car died in the parking lot. They were incredibly helpful with guidance over the phone before I arrived. They were extremely helpful while I was there, open and honest about the situation. I ended up getting towed to a dealership, as Firestone could not get the parts for 4-5 days, but I appreciated the phone calls and effort they made to try and help me (well above and beyond what the dealership did). I would go back there hands down…..very easy decision!

I really want to give these guys a shout out!!!! Especially Dustin. He went out of his way to help me in my search for a car for my niece. He saved me from 3 junk cars, took the time to explain everything to me and we had great conversations. Thanks for helping me pick out a good car, and for being awesome!!! I drove 30 minutes on the last two days just to go to this Firestone to see him. There were other Firestone's on the way I could have stopped at, but no, I trust this shop!!!!
