Natalie is someone who cares very much about her patience she is someone that can be trusted with anything that you may need to speak about to her as far as your health habits and lifestyle I would not go to anyone unless Natalie was just absolutely not working the field anymore I will go from Booneville Arkansas to Benton Arkansas just for a visit with Natalie as my primary care physician
I decided to leave a review bc I felt like this clinic deserved a better rating than what it’s got. I went in today as a new patient. I called yesterday and the receptionist was super sweet and I really appreciated her. She was there today as well, still super sweet in person. I got there a bit early, did my paperwork and was quickly called back. I saw my provider and a med student. They were both fantastic, listened to everything I said, explained everything they were thinking and were both very personable. The nurse or tech who took me back was competent and thorough. I really have no complaints.
In my opinion I think Dr hood is the best regardless of his openings he was literally the only one concerned about my sugar dropping and that’s the truth when I told natily r her response was oh that’s normal as soon as I told Dr hood I dropped to 40 twice in one night he was all over getting me in to a specialist so in my opinion he’s my go to for anything and everything unless it’s a emergency and he’s unavailable
