I am very slow to trust a new hairdresser to cut my pixie short hair but Denise was an absolute superstar. She took her time assessing my hair and gave me a super technical cut. She listened to my thoughts and offered her opinion which I really valued and I'm glad to took her advice. Will definitely be back again!
This salon is amazing! Every single woman working here is fabulous! The customer service is TOP TIER!! All of their policies are stated ahead of time when booking your appointment, so nothing is a surprise or hidden. I’ve had to cancel a few times due to weather/snow, and they’re very understanding. The services here are sooo great that I drive 40 mins from home for my appointments! I recommend this salon to literally anybody and everybody that I can :)
First time here & so happy with my experience! Booking online was easy & appreciated the confirmation & reminders. First time trying structured gel nails & Barbara not only explained the process, but was thorough, knew exactly what I was looking for & did a fantastic job. Wonderful atmosphere, everyone was friendly & looking forward to my follow up appts!
