My son died Jan 10 2023 and my husband and I went with Epting Funeral home in Bentonville,AR and I can honestly say they went above and beyond for me and my family during are time of grief.Justin was amazing and I can't say enough kind words about him and how I needed his kindness in my anguishing moment of grief.I even bought a casket online and had it delivered to the funeral home(they didn't try to upsell me anything).I really feel they went out of their way and I will be forever grateful to Ricky and Justin for their act of kindness they showed my husband and I.My son had a gorgeous graveside funeral and although it was the hardest day of my life my family and I with the guidance of Epting Funeral home put my son away beautifully. Walked in to the Bentonville location to hand my card out to them as I am a videographer starting my business and that time they were all very nice. A week later I found myself recommending my stepfather to give them a call since my grandfather passed and we needed help with everything . I’m blessed to be one of their videographers they recommend now. They helped my family out tremendously with my grandfathers service. I would recommend them to anyone! They’re kind, compassionate and very professional. I’ve been able to help two of their clients since then and both people said they are wonderful to work with regarding the circumstances.
