Terrible realty company. My grandson needed a place to rent out of the military and they didn't want to rent to him even though he had perfect credit and a job. Imagine going to Iraq and coming home and people not wanting to rent to you because you were younger?
Ed Hardesty was amazing. He realized we wanted to move quickly. We were able to close on a home 14 days after calling him. He was super nice and helpful. If you know you want Bella vista, then you want Ed
This is the best real estate company ever! Ask for Ed he always goes above and beyond. I can't even tell you what an impact he has made on me and my family he continues to help even after he sale! Who does that?! Ed does! I have never had such a wonderful experience(and I have dealt with alot of realtors).
