We reached out to Shelter Systems when our first company we contracted with didn't deliver a shelter (after waiting about 3 months). Shelter Systems had us one built and put in place in less than 2 weeks after our initial contact. Great product and great service.
Great product and service. Better built and heavier than other shelters I have investigated. And the price, which is fair at face value, includes delivery and installation. Quick and simple install, literally 45 min, by guys who clearly had the process down pat. Cleaned and did paint touch up on a couple of insignificant blemishes.
Would highly recommend. My son may be their next customer.

I just had a Tornado Shelter Systems install a 4 × 8 shelter in my garage and I was very pleased with the product, staff and the entire buying process. Alisa was very knowledgeable and kept me updated on the progress of my shelter. The installers Paul and Jonathan did an incredible job and were knowlegable and professional, they left the site cleaner than it was when they arrived and they provided me with a lot of valuable information on how to best use the shelter. I would highly recommend this company for a shelter after seeing others that offered a inferior product at the same price.
