When my hot water heater sprang a massive leak, Jeremy was on top of the problem. He replaced the hot water heater quickly and with the exception of water that had leaked, he removed and took away the old heater. I recommend him to anyone.

I had a great experience with Jeremy. He came out on very short notice to fix a leaking toilet in MBATH and was professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He quickly identified that the wax ring hadn’t been set properly, reset the toilet, and explained everything clearly. When he realized the main drain also needed rooter service, he let me know right away instead of trying to upsell or overcharge. He even refused payment for his time, which really shows his integrity. I highly recommend Jeremy for anyone looking for a skilled and trustworthy plumber in the area.

After I explained the issues with our hot water heater, he followed up promptly with a clear plan.
