This sorry place doesn't even deserve one star Dr Van Grogh the cardiologist hung a stent inside of another stent inside of my dad and didn't even tell anybody which killed him the staff are under-educated they are rude and disrespectful the place is full of staph MRSA they need to just shut that place down I mean it does nothing for anybody go to any hospital accept this one I've changed it to three stars because they did an excellent job with my mom and her knee replacement but can't excuse what happened before and they also Mistreat the mentally ill
Our child was recently brought to WRH ER with what we believed was a broken arm, which turned out to be a dislocation. There were 33 patients ahead of us, and the department was clearly very busy. Once we were taken back to a room, Karrabi Wilson RN, Deborah RN, Dr. Baker, and Jon Carter APRN provided phenomenal care for our daughter. Despite the busy environment, they took the time to explain everything clearly and showed incredible patience and kindness with both our daughter and us. We are truly grateful for their hard work, compassion, and dedication to healthcare.
After reading the reviews I must admit I was a tad nervous. However, my experience with this ER & everyone I came in contact with was amazing 👏🏻. I was in and out within 2hrs of walking through the door. That was intake, labs, ct scan & diagnosis.
