For emergency surgery, the entire team—from emergency room staff to surgeons—is noted as wonderful, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough. Additionally, the hospital has a cafeteria with great prices and an amazing Starbucks, allowing families to feed everyone a nutritious meal without breaking the budget.
This was our first time at White River Hospital with my husband being treated for heart problems. Every single doctor and employee was top notch, professional and friendly, especially Bailee our cardio nurse. Everything was thoroughly explained and we were attended to and treated with outstanding care. I would highly recommend this facility based on my recent experience. The room was super clean and very nice too
I love this place they gave me cheese burgers every day (this was a year ago btw) I love this hospital they took care of me very well (with cheese burgers) 😊👍❤
I had a great experience with Joshua McIntosh, APRN, at the White River Health Orthopaedic Clinic. He genuinely took his time to thoroughly discuss my options rather than rushing me out the door. What really stood out was that he called me back afterward because he thought of something else worth mentioning. That kind of follow-through is rare and shows he's clearly invested in his patients. Attentive, thorough, and truly caring. Highly recommend him if you need orthopaedic care in the area.
