I had Joseph and Skyler come install our new Mitsubishi mini-split today. They showed up early and worked until they were done! They did an excellent job and Bobby, the quality control guy showed me how it works and did not leave until all my questions were answered. What a great team and I can’t recommend them enough. They do the work if you're willing to pay.. called them out 3 times in 2 weeks finally knock on wood turned out to be a bad capacitor and is working great now. Guy who came out the first 2 times didn't fix or really bandaid the problem. Guys who showed up 3rd time actually open it up and found capacitor was bad. I commend them for fixing the problem of a $20 part but I'm out around $600 total for something that should of been check first thing. Anyways have always used them and received good work from them. Just this time the guy who came the first 2 times just didn't act like he even wanted to be here and do his job. I know this was during the hotest... read full review
