I seen the nurse at Sherwood urgent clinic in Batesville. My ear had been completely clogged from sinuses and sinus infection. The doctor that seen me or the nurse practitioner was so sweet. I have been here two times and both times I’ve had pleasant visit. I wished I can make them my primary doctor. I would advise anybody to go there.

Made appointment on line the night before my visit. Was in & out in less than 30 minutes. APRN Amy Vaughn is always thorough & professional. My health is complicated & she always knows how to cover all the bases medically. She one of the best around. I'll recommend her & the clinic any day.

We had such a great experience and my expectations were very low, considering this was a last-minute sick visit on a holiday weekend! My 3-year-old daughter was seen by a very lovely nurse and APRN for the flu, and this may have been the first time she didn't cry during a nose and mouth swab, but laughed instead! 10/10 would recommend. Even the receptionist was lovely and I could tell every person there cared for their patients of all ages!
