Had been seen by the clinic for both of my cats throughout my entire time in the Batesville area. Always had phenomenal service, quality care, and overall positive experiences anytime we came in. They treated our pets like their own…and it made a world of difference! So grateful for their entire team!
The people are great. For ppl who deal with all kinds of ppl all day, their presence was wonderful, warm smiles an easy to talk to, they treat ur pets with loving care. My pets have gone to them for over 4 yrs now and it's always a pleasure to do business with them
The absolute best vet around. Amanda and Matt are amazing people to discuss problems and treatments. I brought my girl in because my usual vet won't take walk ins anymore, called that morning at 8 and had an appointment for 10:30. With being on a budget I explained that to the girls there and they fully took it into consideration and treated my pup for parvo under the budget. She is now on the mend and my family couldn't be more thankful to all of them!
