Joe came out and did a hot water reroute on my house. Working with Joe, James, Larson, Raquel, and Cathy has been a pleasure. From Cathy answering the many calls I made to her, seedless communication, quick work and left the house free of debris. Highly recommended.
Eli was very professional and straight forward. Honest answers and honest prices. He wasn't afraid of the work and didnt run away like his competitors whom ill keep anonymous. 10/10 services. I will be recommending river valley to all friends and family.
If I could rate higher stars, definitely would. Top notch, honest, knowledgeable, BEST PRICING and ON-TIME! River Valley Plumbing even fit me in when a competitor left us without a water heater and $440 bill and they replaced a part that was not even bad.
Then proceeded to tell us it is now a different part that needs replacing and it will be $700. This is work under a water heater that was installed in 2022, under manufacturers warranty and these cost are only labor. 5 min job cost us $440. Beware there are some large plumbing businesses who seem to be on the up and up and they aren't.
