If you're a sensitive shy sweetheart who has been avoiding trimming her long hair partially out of a sense of fear, please go book with @hairbykgabriel at The Eclipse Salon and Spa. I have a hard time letting people near my space for self-care, and it had been over two years since my hair was touched, but I felt at peace the moment I arrived and explained my story to Gabriel. She is the most thoughtful, intuitive, understanding human, giving you all your options and keeping you part of the whole process. She has magic hands that bring vision to life. She makes you feel safe, seen, heard, and just really GOOD. The vibes are impeccable. The laughter and positivity are contagious. The conversations are free-flowing and empowering. And my hair feels and looks like me again: healthy, balanced, glowing with love. Gabriel knew exactly what I wanted and needed (which was super minimal) and she made it happen in a way that allowed me to trust myself more deeply and also establishing herself as a skilled artist who has mastered the gift of active listening. I don't think I've ever smiled so much or been so at peace while trusting my hair with someone. Honestly, 10/10 a healing self-love experience. I'm excited to go back again!
I’m not one that spends much time in the salon but I absolutely loved my last experience with Gabriel. She really gives so much attention and love in what she does. I felt so pampered and so much better by the time I left my appointment and totally in love with my hair again. Highly recommend
