Our experience with this company is absolutely superb. They arrived on time and did an excellent job of putting in a new heater in record time. With the cold coming on quickly we needed this done now and they certainly did that for us. We will be calling on them again in the future if we need to. Thanks so much..... Rice heating and air came out the next day after being contacted Wyatt was very thorough and tried everything to get it fixed. It's an old unit and I will have to replace it. . I am really happy with their service. Update... The very next day they came out and replaced my old unit. They worked super hard, it was hot and miserable but they kept at it until it was done. I was impressed and very happy with their service.
It is now cold and I had a problem with my heater. I called Rice Heating And Air this afternoon and with in 3 hours they sent Matt out and had it fixed. Thank you so much. 10 out of 10.
