Patrick is the best in the business as far as I'm concerned, you won't find a more thorough and honest home inspector. He was extremely professional and helpful in anything we asked and made sure to point out many things we would have never noticed without his expertise. On top of it all, his rate was extremely fair. I used Erb twice now, working with both Patrick and Maxwell. Both were direct, knowledgeable, courteous, accommodating, very thorough and honest. I will use them each time it’s necessary and will recommend without hesitation.As a home buyer I was most impressed with their home inspection reports.
