I have had total hip replacement and three months later, total knee replacement. I did both rehabs at Phoenix in Wetumpka. Brent, Bryan, and Melissa are all very professional in all aspects of therapy. My wife just had her knee scoped and I insisted she go to Phoenix. As expected, she has been treated professionally and is on the road to a rapid recovery. Also, the receptionists (Rachel, Vicki, and Julie) are very cordial, both in person and over the phone. When my wife or I need to reschedule a session, they are very accommodating. I would highly recommend Phoenix Wetumpka to anyone recovering from any surgery, accident, or simply old age 😁. BTW, I have met people in their 60’s, 70’s, 80’s and 90’s there and all were treated with utmost respect and care. Every therapist that has worked with me and that I have observed is a strong encourager for us folks who are sometimes in our first encounter with PT. Again, I highly recommend them to anyone! I have been going here for two weeks and my therapist Corey is the best. He has excellent customer service. He is patient and very thorough about my treatment and my exercises. He not only answered my questions but also my family member questions as well. The ladies at the front desk are a joy to see each morning. They are very patient and have great customer service. Always a smile. Brent has excellent customer service he always jump in for encouragement. I am so glad my Doctor referred me here.
On my 2nd week of Therapy and couldn't be more pleased with the progress I've made already. Corey Walker is knowledgeable, explanatory, and caring. Ladies at the front desk are the best!
