Reason for the visit-Shoulder pain.
I was seeking help for chronic pain in my right shoulder caused by weight lifting and poor technique. I have had PT and a cortisone shot in my shoulder. These helped but did not give me enough relief. I decided to take a chance on a massage and found Jennifer. I signed up for a 90 minute session, not knowing what to expect. She is amazing and knows exactly what to do. My first session resulted in a 70-75% pain reduction and increased flexibility. My second session added more relief. I recommend her massage therapy to anyone seeking relief from muscle pain.

Had my first massage with Jennifer, and she is amazing. She took the time to make me feel comfortable, listened to the areas I was worried about for possible pain, and spent time on the areas I wanted more work on. She also suggested ways she can try to help ease the some of the pain in my lower back, and it was so helpful. Her expertise shines through! I have already rebooked, & highly recommend!
