Wade Barnard, out of the Auburn AL office, was phenomenal to work with. He was responsive, prompt, and available when we needed him. After quickly determining the years of wear and tear on our old roof, he was patient enough to allow us to go through the proper avenues in order to get our roof replaced. His crew was on time for the day of the work to be done, and they had to job completed before we got home. The job site was clean, and Wade was able to do his final walkthrough within 30 minutes of his crew leaving the job site. I can’t recommend these guys enough, man. SEAMLESS EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH! HomeSouth Roofing has to be the best roofing company in the south. We are in southern Alabama, the Troy area. Right from the first point of contact, Michael Bradsher and the Homesouth team was respectful, transparent, honest, and thorough. Upon our first phone call, the assistant was intentional with pairing us with Michael on the basis that he has worked closely with our specific home insurer. This was of high value to us considering we needed all hands on deck to get our roof covered by our insurance. Michael has been kind, professional, respectful, detailed, and has taken his time and gone above and beyond for us. The attention to detail we believe has made the difference for our experience. Everything has been handled in a timely manner, and the communication has been superior to any other construction-related company we have ever worked with. We were assured the roofing crew would be considerate of our home, and do right in every way. I can say with 100% confidence that they delivered. They covered the ground up to our house with massive tarps to ensure there would be no trace left behind. They were careful to remove any last nail, scrap of shingle, packaging, etc. Before leaving. I appreciated the use of the magnet around our property to be sure our kids and pets would be safe from stepping on nails. They completed the roof in ONE DAY. Not only was it done in a timely manner, but it was done right! Overall, Homesouth Roofing is top notch.
