Called them twice for a roof repair. The first time, they said I'd get a call. A week went by and when I finally called back, they had no record of my first call. They apologized and said I'd definitely receive a call. Another week has gone by with no call.
Update: They did call me back a couple days after I posted this and someone offered to come out next day. He was nice and helped us with the leak without selling us anything extra. Not sure if our leak is solved yet but we appreciated the honesty and service when they did come.
