I called these people for an estimate and they sent Jeff to survey the job. I was told I would have an estimate soon but never received one. I call the office and a lady says 'oh, you're the guy in rock land'. She sounded sarcastic, mocking the situation and making me wonder if they even wanted to bid on a job that sent an employee several miles to see. They never gave me an estimate. I guess it is a sign of the times but who appreciates being led along and mocked? Very unprofessional. I wouldn't trust them even if they did reply. Thanks for wasting my time.
