I cannot recommend them enough! Wendy was so helpful. When she came out to check the slab and get measurements she told me up front that there may be additional charges for prep work because it had been rained on and needed some self leveler. Waylan and his guys had to do extra work to get it ready for glue and even after that failed they still came up with a solution to get it done. Even after paying some extra, Nortons was half the price from other quotes I received.

We haven't personally been customers of Nortons, but I'd still like to review their character and situational awareness. Someone placed an order with their store for over $4000 using our company debit account. They realized immediately that something was suspicious and credited us back immediately, called our bank to report what happened, and called the police to meet the individual who came to pick up the fraudulent order. I hope we have an occasion in the future to send them business, they're absolute class acts.
