“I would like to note this review is SOLELY based on my service just with making an appt, for now. ?I think it’s EXTREMELY cool and convenient that they allow you to text an appt OR call, but I LOVE the text option the most for someone whose always on the go like me and it’s HARD making/receiving calls.The amazing woman I spoke to was VERY quick to respond even during normal business hours, she was BEYOND sweet and helpful, she answered all of my questions and helped me get all the info I needed for my husband to get him set up for an appointment.This appointment wasn’t even for ME and I was taken care of just the same with the UPMOST respect and kindness.Personally, being kind matters the most to me when choosing a business to use long term. “I went to two there places, closed or for sale before I found Jr's......no issues here was invited right in and straight to a chair, no wait at all. Good place to grab a chair and have some conversation and get a cut. If I didn't live states away I would come back.“

The ladies have a salon thing going on too. You might well be the youngest person in the place by 20 years but you won't get shot just for being white.“
