From the start, the booking process was simple and straightforward. The directions and instructions for accessing the suite were excellent, making it easy to find. The massage room is located within a shared office space, but the suite itself is completely private and locks behind you, which made me feel very comfortable.
One thing that really stood out was the personal phone call I received beforehand. It was refreshing to speak with a real person who took the time to walk me through the setup and answer any questions.

We had a great experience with zero gravity. It was easy to find, accessing the building and suite were quick and easy, and the system the walk you through for operating the chairs was easy to understand and the entire process was easy peasy for my ten year old daughter who also thoroughly enjoyed her experience. The suite is very comfortable and while small there’s plenty of room for those using the chairs and at least 2 others to sit and move around comfortably. They’re located in a work space office building with a few other businesses but the suites are clearly marked and easy to locate. Great service! Loved the contactless massage chairs. Also enjoyed the fact that only two people could be in the room so my friend and I were able to talk freely without worrying about disturbing anyone else.
